Arturo Peralta Alvarez

Articling Student

Arturo Peralta is an articling student at Bariteau Dulysh Criminal Lawyers. Before coming to Canada, Arturo practiced as a criminal lawyer in Mexico for several years, where he gained significant trial experience handling complex criminal matters and trials.

Arturo holds a Ph.D. in Law from Mexico and an LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. He has also obtained his Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) and is currently completing the Ontario licensing process. He is expected to be called to the Ontario Bar in June 2027.

Arturo is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to assist clients from diverse backgrounds. He is also developing his French and is working toward professional proficiency by 2027.
