Musab Abu-Ali

Articling Student

Musab is a graduate of Lincoln Alexander School of Law, where he focused his studies on advocacy and access to justice for marginalized communities. His commitment to criminal law led him to be selected to represent his school in the prestigious Arnup Mock Trial Competition, where he submitted his case before an esteemed panel of judges. 

Throughout law school, Musab demonstrated a strong commitment to litigation, excelling in numerous moots and advocacy competitions. As a result of his academic excellence, Musab was the recipient of the Staffieri Scholarship for all three years of law school. 

During his summers, Musab worked at a reputable criminal defence firm in Mississauga, where he helped lawyers on trials and appeals before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. In his final year of law school, Musab did a for-credit placement at the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic, where he represented low-income and marginalized individuals before various tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal.  

Musab is fluent in both English and Arabic.
