Deepak Vadera

Deepak Vadera is a criminal defence lawyer and a graduate of Western University’s Faculty of Law (Class of 2024). He represents clients on a wide range of criminal matters, from minor charges to serious offences, including youth cases.

Deepak is focused on achieving practical, results-driven outcomes. He has successfully advocated for reduced Crown positions, helped clients avoid criminal records, and secured outcomes that minimize or avoid custody where possible. While he prioritizes efficient resolution, he is fully prepared to take matters to trial when necessary.

During law school, Deepak was heavily involved in criminal law. He represented clients through Community Legal Services, later serving as Team Leader, and gained additional experience through a placement at the Ontario Court of Justice and the Criminal Law Externship Program.

He is known for his responsiveness and clear communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported at every stage.
